DCHS Community Dog Days [Volunteer with Magnet]

  • Boys & Girls Club 4619 Jenewein Road Fitchburg, WI, 53711 United States (map)

DCHS is holding a Community Dog Day event on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 1-4 pm at the Boys & Girls Club, located at 4619 Jenewein Road in Fitchburg, WI.

At this event, people from the community can bring their dogs to receive lifesaving vaccines, microchips, flea/tick applicator, dog supplies, and dog food – all at no cost!

We hold these events to provide owner support and to help pets stay in the best places possible – their homes. We will also try to encourage spaying and neutering to decrease the homeless pet population, as well as the added health benefits for their dogs.

Volunteers duties can include Check-In, Crowd Ambassadors, Community Resource Table, Event Check-In, Dog Tag Team Assistants. Spots are limited, so reserve yours today.

There is an unlimited need for Spanish translators at this event. If you are a Spanish speaker, please considering donating your time!

***Please reach out to Laura Doolin if you'd like to volunteer at this event with Magnet! Don't forget to indicate whether or not you are a Spanish speaker - the more translators, the merrier! ***
